If there are any issues with respect to you receiving the damaged product, you can raise the refund by sharing the damaged product picture. In case you receive the incorrect product (s) from the description given on the website; within 7 days of receiving the product, you are entitled to claim either the replacement of the same product or purchase any other product from our website. The amount shall lie in your mypaath wallet account in the form of credits.

Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

  • Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies and accessories)
  • The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes

Poojas:-

Once you book a Poojan, the same cannot be cancelled as the process is set in motion almost instantaneously. You can however, change the dates and details of the Poojan, provided the change request is sent to us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Poojan date and time. If you still want to cancel the booking then the following charges will be applicable:

On Cancellation before 48 hrs of scheduled poojan timing - mypaath will deduct 30% of the total booking amount

On Cancellation between 48 hrs and before the scheduled poojan timing - mypaath will deduct 50% of the total booking amount.

Prasad:-

Once you order a Prasad, the same cannot be cancelled as the process is set in motion almost instantaneously.

If you still want to cancel your order then the following charges will be applicable:

On Cancellation before 48 hrs of scheduled delivery date - mypaath will deduct 50% of the total booking amount.

On Cancellation between 48 hrs and before the scheduled delivery date - mypaath will deduct 90% of the total booking amount.
